
The Cleveland Family Foundation’s primary purpose is the development and execution of mentorship and leadership programs for youth in underserved communities. These programs aim to foster resilience, academic success, and leadership skills through structured mentorship, educational workshops, and skill-building activities.
Key Components
A Mentorship Initiative where youth are paired with professional mentors to receive guidance in personal development and career exploration. The foundation will also offer Educational Workshops focused on financial literacy, college readiness, entrepreneurship, and leadership training, alongside Skill-Building Programs that provide hands-on learning in areas like STEM, business, and the arts. The foundation will facilitate Internships and Job Shadowing to offer real-world exposure and life skills development, including communication and time management.
4E Program
The 4E Program will provide Appalachian youth opportunities to explore, experience and examine great educational opportunities.
